NOTES FROM THE PRESIDENT !
After the Hot-Hot August Shoot – the Tennessee
Mountain Marauders discussed the November 2006 shoot.
This year we are going to focus on our November shoot being a
traditional-annual shin-dig and have trophies for each category along with the
Top Gun award. We will have “on
the spot” time tabulations with certificates awarded too.
Mystery Dog Ranch hopes to have their Bluegrass Band friends for a
couple of hours, and we have asked Coffee Joe for his entertainment wagon
again too! Of course Ms. Dixie
will have her famous Thanksgiving spread just like last years!
I have put my name on the reservation list for the chow
line, so if you don’t want to be left out, send Ms. Dixie a shout, email,
snail mail, etc. We will also have
a sign up sheet at the sign up booth at the September and October shoots.

Cherokee Maddog
Mystery Dog Ranch will be
sponsoring the 100 yard and Buffalo Shoot again with Trophy Buckles awarded to
the winner of each division. The
buckles will be awarded next June 2007, so get in line and try your luck –
or expertise - at these skilled events ! Ohio
Kid will have to wait till next year (2007-2008) to get in on the competition
again since he was this year’s winner! Sorry
Kid!
