Christmas 2000 Shoot |
||||
| We shot only 2 special holiday stages during our December 9th Christmas Shoot and Social and as usual, that varmint Pleasant was the Top Gun Cowboy and Precious Commodity won the Top Gun Cowgirl competition. 2nd Place winners in the cowboy & cowgirl categories were T-Bone & Lily Wind Dancer. Precious took considerable pleasure in beating old dad, T-Bone. This was Precious' last shoot, or last shoot for some time. This young cowgirl will have graduated from college by the time you read this and have moved up north to become a working Yankee. But, have heart cowboys and cowgirls, she'll do just fine, north or south of the magic line. | ||||

A special thanks is due to Lupas Hodag and his lady and to Bean Pot
and his lady. These folks arrived early and cooked a special
meal of turkey and dressing. When that was put with all the
vittles that the Marauders and Lead Mine Gang members brought...we had a
real feast!
A special thanks is also due to the Rev Ace Blackwater and Sassy Birdsong for bringing their musical equipment to entertain a rowdy bunch of cowboys and cowgirls. |
